Eric & Debbie Da Costa

A native of Dijon, France, in the heart of Bourgogne, Eric has lived all over France while growing up, including Champagne, the Loire Valley, the Rhone Valley, Provence and of course Bordeaux.
He started gathering fine bottles of wine when he was 16 and hasn't stopped since! 

He first came to the US in 1985 to meet his pen pal Debbie from Creston whom he had been writing to for several years. They eventually got married in 1993 and have now two children.

The couple lived on the French Riviera and moved twice to Tahiti during Eric's 20 year Navy career as a navigation specialist and Officer of the Deck (OOD) on various ships.

Although quite passionate about French wines, their experience over seas has led Eric & Debbie to develop a solid taste and expertise for foreign wines as well.
